Strength, Conditioning and Coordination - 25mins
- Four different coloured cones in a large square x2
- a marker in the middle of the square, stand on the marker
- when a colour is called you have to touch the cone and get back to the middle asap
- when ‘go’ is called you sprint to the front wall
- last person to the front wall has to do two press-ups

- put some hurdles in a row
- hop over each hurdle making sure you’re balanced and controlled in between
- sprint to the front wall off the last hurdle
- jog back
- same, other leg

- group sits in a circle
- legs out straight, feet off the floor
- a ball is thrown around the circle so hands need to be in front of you to catch
- if the ball is dropped both the thrower and the catcher have to do two press-ups while everyone else can rest
